Had my wedding event here on Nov 2024. The space was enough to accommodate around 400+ pax. Parking was also enough with traffic controllers helping to manage the space and provide cover for the guests when it rains. The event hall itself had upgraded their air conditioning and had good enough audio and visual system. I thank the Bayswater team for a good overall package and experience for the event 👍

We attended a wedding here. The free valet parking was efficient and the hall was comfortable and well decorated. The annexe was a little warm as it was not air conditioned. Overall, a nice venue for a wedding gathering.

Had the most important day of my life spent at Bayswater KLCC! Grateful to Ping and team for their professional assistance from queries, set up and execution at the venue. There are lots of aesthetic corners so you will not need to worry about ugly corner on your wedding day. Venue is spacious to accommodate my 300 guests comfortably. Lighting was beautiful too. Most importantly, they are pet-friendly so you can definitely include your furkid on this special day, provided they do not cause a mess. Recommend you to visit and include in your wish list on wedding venues ✨

The team was fantastic—very easy to communicate with and always ready to provide solutions if any issues arose. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs, ensuring everything went smoothly. One pleasant surprise was the valet parking service for our beloved guests, which we did not expect but greatly appreciated. We held our sons wedding at Bayswater and its the best choice we ever made for the venue for the wedding dinner. From start to the end the staff of Bayswater team was just so accommodating to our request and helpful. The ambience of the hall is unexplainable, very well maintained and beautiful lighting. Sound system was very good . The team set up the tables upon our request. Recommend to also use their in-house decorators with good service. My extreme thanks to Leen for handling our dinner right from the start and of course Qila too. The valet service came in the package and was very well organised. What more do you need when you have it all at Bayswater. Thank you again for everything. All the best to Leen and her team fir a wonderful work done.
