I was there for two days in a row for a weekend workshop. Everything was good - from the facilities to the amenities to the buffet spread. The air-conditioning was very cold, the hall and room were well-lit, the toilet was clean, the parking spot was easy to go in and out, the lift and elevators functioned well, alhamdulillah all is good.

One of the best convention centre in Selangor state. The parking is at the basement with Touch n Go card only with minimum balance of RM30.? From the basement take a lift up to the G for Shah Alam CC Hall 1. The lift door then open to a restroom or toilet in front of you. Well, good thing as after going through the heavy traffic, we need to pee and relief ourselves. Then wash our hands before adjourning to the seminar hall proper, where of course buffet tea, coffee and pastries are waiting for you. The sound system is good, and so are the audio video aid. The catering and pastries is 5 star. Best service. Lunch was equally good even some dishes were a little salty. Seminar room are large and air conditioning is cold. So during the break go the G floor lobby and sit on the innovative tyre chairs near to the entrance to keep warm.
